Description Working for this quality modern European restaurant in the heart of the West End, they are seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Parties for their outstanding brigade. The successful candidate will have proven experience within quality restaurants or brasseries, preferably within modern European or British cuisine. Good knowledge of pastry and bakery essential. You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and own initiative. Position offers excellent salary and benefits package, as well as great career opportunities. Working 5 days out of 7, on a rota. Excellent salary and tips package. |
